The Paid Internship Program
This is your chance to move from theory to practice. Our internship program is designed to provide you with deep, hands-on experience by embedding you directly into our expert teams. You will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and contribute to products that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
Research new technologies and best practices relevant to your track.
Document your work and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Who is Eligible?
We are looking for passionate learners who meet the following criteria:
Current Students: In their 4th (final) year of a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, or MCA program.
Recent Graduates: Completed their degree in 2024 or 2025.
Location: Able to work full-time from our Kolhapur office.
Core Skills: Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Databases).
Attitude: Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and great communication.

1. Web Development Intern
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with a frontend framework (like React, Angular, or Nextjs).
Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring Boot) and REST APIs.
2. Mobile Development Intern
Experience with a cross-platform framework (Flutter or React Native) is highly preferred.
OR native development experience (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift for iOS).
Understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and UI/UX principles.
3. Artificial Intelligence Intern
Solid grasp of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
Interest in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive modeling.
4. Cyber Security Intern
Knowledge of core security principles (Network Security, Cryptography, Identity & Access Management).
Familiarity with common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and security tools.
Passion for ethical hacking, penetration testing, or security analysis.
5. Data Analytics Intern
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
